DESCRIPTION

ADDONMODULAR POWER STRIP

ADDON is a modular power strip that adapts to users' changing needs through its magnetic connection system. Unlike traditional power strips with fixed socket configurations, ADDON allows users to instantly add or rearrange modules as needed. This eliminates the hassle of unplugging devices or purchasing entirely new power strips due to a shortage of outlets. Bulky adapters can be repositioned to prevent interference and frequently used modules can be placed within easy reach. When a single socket fails, only the malfunctioning module needs replacement rather than discarding the entire unit. This enables a sustainable and economical maintenance model.

Beyond functionality, ADDON serves as an interior design element with its clean minimalist aesthetic. Unused modules can be stored vertically in a magnetic "Stack" configuration to maximize space efficiency and prevent loss. Detaching unused sockets eliminates fire risks from dust accumulation and protects against potential electric shock accidents. The system includes a Universal Adapter Socket compatible with plugs from over 150 countries along with dedicated USB Type-A and Type-C modules. This allows seamless use of international electronics and mobile devices without cluttering the space with separate adapters.

Each module features an intuitive Push-Lock mechanism where the entire top cover functions as a power switch. This enables individual power management to cut standby consumption. An integrated LED indicator provides immediate visual feedback on power status. ADDON prioritizes safety through active Safety Logic that prevents overload and ensures proper assembly. The system limits connections to five modules maximum and will not operate if the grounding pin is exposed. If an overload or improper assembly is detected, the system automatically cuts power and alerts the user with a red LED to ensure secure and reliable power management.
