This project initially started from the idea and concept that time is highly relative.
To visualize this, the numerical graphics are intentionally distorted — appearing blurred, flowing, and stretched to represent the fluid passage of time. Some numbers are compressed, while others are dramatically elongated.
While it functions as a real wall clock, its design is deliberately compromised. It is difficult to read, and the hands often point to incorrect or nonsensical positions. This distortion is an intentional choice designed to challenge the viewer's perception of time.
The phrase "Time Flies" is featured at the center, the clock hands are black and red, and the piece is set within a shiny silver frame.
